I have nothing bad to say about these guys. We had a sewage leak in our converted garage where our offices are. These guys were right therein and out within 2.5 weeks. The work was impeccable. The tile guys were like nothing I have ever seen. Perfect. They were clean and quiet and worked all day, everyday until it was complete! They sent a cleaning service after they were done(unheard of). The owner did a final inspection and the next day they came back and fixed the tiny, minor details that I didnt even notice. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! I have done several remodels and all have been very difficult due to the contractors. Konstruct was a dream to work with. They have great communications skills, get the job done on time and beautifully. If there is a problem, they take care of it, no arguments, no wheedling out of resposibility. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our project included both landscaping and an interior remodel including two bathrooms. The result was excellent and we have yet to find any flaws. Konstrukt kept us fully informed and were always responsive to our questions. In addition there was little disruption to our household during the project. We would not hesitate to call them for any future projects.

Konstrukt Development was unbelievable when we had our flood. They helped to make a very stressful situation more bearable. All the service providers that they referred to us were first class. James was so attentive and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Konstrukt Developement was very respectful of my tenants while doing the remodel. They communicated their schedule and kept myself and my tenants current with any day-to-day changes.

Thw work performed was excellent. The craftsman were professional, considerate, and courteous. I'd highly recomend them.

We were very pleased with the window installation in our home office. We were kept informed weekly about the order and date of installation. The area was cleaned up well when the work was completed and the staff was professional. We would highly recommend Konstrukt Development to friends and family.

I previously rated Konstrukt, but I misunderstood the star system. I thought the Star on the left were the excellent one so I unwittingly rated all categories as 1s when I intended 5s. My apologies to the Konstrukt people -- they provided excellent service and quality work.

Konstrukt was timely, thorough, professional and detail oriented. What more could you want? Actually they were very good and I appreciated their attention to details. They had one miscommunication within their organization but quickly remedied the problem and didn't miss a beat. A good company. I would certainly use them again. Nice job--Thanks

and the big plus for me was the personal attention. John takes care of on-site work and James stays in office and coordinates everything. I was faced with a remodel that was more than daunting for me and required many decisions along the way. James was WONDERFUL about walking me thru each step of the process (getting permits, new windows, stucco, etc.). He saw me through right to the finish. I cannot say enough good things about this outfit.
