Good Doctor
Dr. Winegar is a good doctor although I think he is overbooked. Just about every appointment required a long wait in the waiting room. He is a very detailed and a trustworthy doctor and genuinely cares about his patients although when you get into the exam rooms you sometimes feel rushed.
