Pacifica Del Mar

My favorite in the world! I love this one so much. You have to get the sea bass. And go right before sunset, the view is phenomenal! The bar is totally cute, and the staff is super friendly. Kind of weird to get to it, but worth it once you make it there. Oh, and get the smoked salmon appetizer, to die for!!

Pacific Del Mar, has great food and wonderful ambiance. Definitely would return and recommend to others. The view is beautiful and adds to the experience.

Pacifica is a really relaxing dining experience with great ocean views. The staff was very nice and the ambiance was enjoyable. Food was good, although the sandwich I had wasn't the best of its type I've ever had. Prices weren't terrible, but it is in Del Mar, so its a bit pricey.

You can't beat the half priced appetizers for happy hour. They arent jsut your average chips and dip apps eitehr so definitely a great place for after work with friends.

What a great place to eat. The view out over the Pacific is amazing. The food is excellent and a great ambience also. Parking can be tricky if busy in Del Mar, but try undergound parking and you should be OK. Well worth a visit, a drive to Del Mar for a romantic dinner.

Pacifica has a great view overlooking the ocean, which is really nice on sunny afternoon. Food is good not spectacular, but good. Had the ahi sandwich and it was good but not amazing.

Food and service were averagelocation and view is greatthat is what you are paying for in Del Mar.
For great seafood you're better off at Poseidon or Jake's around the corner.

While I was visiting San Diego, I had the pleasure of stopping in this restaurant for dinner. The location is absolutely gorgeous, the view - breathtaking! I had the salt and pepper prawns, and I thought since I was ordering shrimp, I would still be hungry afterwards, so I was prepared to order dessert. However, that had to be the most delicious, satisfying prawn dish I have ever eaten.

This restaurant has a relaxing ambience and is still exciting at the same time. I truly felt like I was on vacation in California! I absolutely enjoyed this dining experience!

We had an excellent meal. We put the ser ver on the spot and asked for recommendations. Appetizer: perfect seasonal selection. Of course he recommended their signature dish for the main course (sweet and spicey salmon. Excellent. Desert: another stupendous choice. Early on we determined that our server would be up to the challenge of matching our wines as well. Great meal--one of the best of the year.

Oysters were AMAZING and tasty (not too fishy - my husband doesn't like fish and he loved them). Will definitely visit again. Nice date spot. Want to go back to try the $20 variety dinner before 6pm.
