Kono's Surf Club Cafe

Kono's is a great value for breakfast or lunch. Tasty potatoes, eggs anyway, and french toast! MMM!

Kono's is a favorite for my family. The portions are huge, the food is great, and the view is amazing. Kono's is a must eat for tourists and locals!

Good cafeteria style breakfast. Can have a large line on the weekends. I think the tourists know all about this place. The food is great quality for cheap prices.

Best breakfast anywhere in San Diego for under $5. Their is seating overlooking the beach and indoor seating. The potatoes are awesome. Lines are out the door so get there early!

This is one of our favorite spots on a weekend morning to get some good breakfast and sit by the beach and eat. Its worth every penny! The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. They have great big breakfasts, where you get a taste of eggs, bacon, english muffin, french toast (or pancakes).

There is also a little coffee cart outside that serves up some delicious coffee. Our favorite is the California Mocha.

This place is definitely a treat and if you are a tourist, a great way to experience the beach like a local.

Konos Cafe is amazing! There is usually a long line, but it moves very fast and is well worth it. You can eat out on the patio and watch the waves or take it to go. Either way Konos is definitely one of my favorite breakfast stops. It isn't expensive and when your on the go is super easy to stop by and pick up.

You never go by Kono's without seeing a line of people out the door, but you know the place is great when people will wait for it. The line moves fast and the food is amazing. I am partial to the big breakfast #2 and can usually split it with a friend, making Kono's very reasonably priced. The burgers and salads are also amazing. Make sure you sit in their outdoor seating. You get a great view of the ocean and the surfers near the pier and they will bring your food out there for you.
Kono's is where I take every person who comes to san diego on vacation. You can't beat the great view at a great price with an amazing view!

If you are ever in PB around breakfast time, head over to Kono's. Most people automatically see the long line and decided not to stay in it but the line moves very quickly and it is well worth the wait. I usually will get the french toast or the breakfast potatoes and bacon. Everything you order is delicious! Not only do you get a delicious meal but the coast is very reasonable and you can eat it right on the patio on the beach. What a wonderful way to eat breakfast! The staff is very nice and works very quickly to help the line move and the owner is extremely nice also. Go to Kono's because once you go there you will always keep coming back.

You'll almost always see a line of people coming out the door of Konos Cafe. It is a small place, and could use some work on the interior, but the prices are very low. The food is excellent, and you can always sit outside and enjoy your breakfast by the ocean.

The ultimate in San Diego breakfast dining experiences. The great food, the salty ocean air. The line moves fast when its locals. When its tourists, just kick back and enjoy that you are living where others come to visit.
