Casa Guadalajara

This Mexican restaurant is a wonderful place. There is a strong Hispanic influence in the design of the interior. The food is great and the waiters are really nice. I would highly recommend this place if you are in Old Town.

Casa Guadalajara is a traditional Mexican Restaurant and Cantina. It's one of the few traditional Mexican restaurants in Old Town as most others are TexMex. They have great food and a live Mariachi on most nights.

My husband and I always joke that we would drive to San Diego (from Mesa, AZ where we live) just to eat at this restaurant. The food is delicious. I highly recommend the chicken mole and the carnitas. Their margaritas and daquaris are delicious too. One con is the wait is always long, usually 30-60 minutes, but it is definately worth it.

This was a fun place, during happy hour there is a small buffet of snacks, my waitress Nicole was great! Always made sure my drink was fun and I was happy! Good portions and prices are reasonable.

This is one of those Mexican restaurants where it helps to know what to order. The menu is all over the place but I have to say that every time I order the carnitas plate, it is exactly the same as last time. The chimichangas are also good and we love the on-site made tortillas, hot off the griddle.

This is a great place for sit-down style Mexican food. Portions are good, and prices are reasonable. Good for families & groups. The atmosphere is nice and parking is not too bad. They also make their own delicious tortillas right there in the restaurant.

This restaurant is more of a tourist spot in old town. It has average food and the service is slow but the decor is pretty and they have the musicians playing. We only go once a year with our entertainment book coupon because it isn't that good to go without one.

This establishment is at the end of Old Town so if your looking to get away from the crowds this is the place to go. The food, drinks and service are averagebut how bad can you screw up mexican food.

Uhm. This restaraunt is simply average. For this restaraunt being located in Old Town it does not pack the punch that others in the area do. The service is a little slow. I usually have a 20-35 min wait time. The food is okay, it almost taco shop worthy except that they seem to cook it to order. The prices are somewhat reasonable.

Casa Guadalajara has some of most authentic and best tasting mexican food i have tasted outside of hole in the wall taco shop.
