Buca di Beppo

After hearing people rave about this place, I insisted hubby and I eat here. I think they are way overpriced. $8.50 for four small squares of garlic cheese bread?? We opted for the individual portions and I did bring home leftovers, but the food is really only average and it took forever for it to be brought to our table. I would only go here again if a group wanted to go. The only draw for me is the decor, which I love!

At Buca di Beppo I always enjoy checking out the decorations. It is a fun place to come with family or any big group, especially kids. It has to be timed right though because waiting times can be REALLY long. The portions are generous, the food is good (but not great), the staff is friendly.

Like most other Bucas, this restaurant has a quirky atmosphere and fun family dining options. The prices are pretty high, even for the amount of food that is served, but most of their items are pretty good quality. Check out the chicken parmigiana, which has sliced prosciutto on each piece.

Good place to take the kids. They can easily handle large groups, but service can be slow when its crowded. The bathroon decor is interesting, like none I've ever seen.

This is the 3 rd. year I have taken my Family to Buca di Beppo for a Mothers Day feast on Dad. I bring the whole Family including Gandkids and we never go home hungry and bring home leftovers. The food is great,sevice outstanding and a good value,I don't know many places I can bring a party of 16 and all sit at the same table and enjoy a great meal, if your lucky enough you can even sit at the Popes table which is great when kids are involed because you have them in a seperate room and there easy to contain.
This will be a Family tradition for a long time to come.. Ciao

I am not a fan of this place but many people like to go for big parties. Everything is family style with huge meatballs. The food is quite bland but the ambiance is fun.

I have been to Buca now four times, and while the first two were good, the last two were poor. Both times, the food took over fifty minutes to arrive from the time of ordering, and when it arrived, the order wasn't correct and was overcooked. Unfortunately, we didn't have time for them to get it right. We may try it one more time, but three strikes, and your out!

This place has great food, but the atmosphere is rather loud and noisy. It's very suitable for large groups, or families, but not for a romantic dinner.
I've pretty much tried most of their dishes, and all of them are great! You are served large portions, so you can share your meals, and you always have leftovers. The service is inconsistent. Sometimes you get really great waiters/waitresses, other times you get overlooked, especially if there is a larger party seated nearby.

Their family style is a fun concept for a restaurant. Get a group so you can try lots of things. Everything I've had has been very good.

I had my wedding rehersal dinner here. The selection was amazing and the food was very yummy. Nice staff.
