Lava Sport and Fitness is the best gym that I have every been a member of. The dedication of the trainers is incredible! Rodie has helped me so much it is still unbelievable! I have never felt better in my entire life, until I joined Lava. This gym with take you to a new level of physical well being! I have been a member of many other gyms over the year, and NOTHING compares to the boxing club especially with cleanliness, dedicated staff, and a wide range of usable equipment for all. The best is that each class, and training session will meet you where you are at, and help you achieve your physical goals!!!!! I LOVE Lava Sport and Fitness!

I would recommend this location to anyone. It's smaller, and more personable. There's all kinds of people at all training levels. The trainers (Caine and Daniel in particular) are amazing. It might be a love hate relationship, but that just means they're doing their job helping you reach your goals.

The trainers and staff make this gym a phenomenal place to work out and LEARN. Ricky and Reuben always greet you by name, are friendly, and helpful. The trainers are first class and are very helpful. It's an addiction that just keeps on growing. Started little over a year ago in the cardio classes and have since started taking Muay Thai in March and most recently tried Jui Jitsu. Thanks to Ricky, Caine, Ron, Dan, Johnny, Gustavo, Reuben, and the rest of the crew they are all great!!!

The Boxing Club is a great gym!I receive a personal greeting, by name, every time I sign in from Ricky or Ruben. I love the friendly atmosphere. My favorite instructors motivate me by constantly showing me proper technique. Thanks Ron, Dan & Gustavo! If you are looking for a fun way to burn a ton of calories, check it out.

CONVOY has a FAMILY atmosphere, they are there to help you and encourage you. This is the best workout you are going to get but you are also going to have LOTS of fun meeting new people. The staff is amazing. Ricky, Ruben, Ron, Daniel, Caine, Gustavo and Calvin. Thanks for everything, you've changed me.

The Boxing Club is a great gym. I train with Johnny in BJJ and Gustavo in boxing. I can't say enough good things about the instruction they both provide. I am always exhausted at the end of class, but can't wait for the next class. The manager, Ricky, is a great guy and does a excellent job running the place. If you are looking for a serious gym to train at, check it out.
