Beyond was recommended by my realtor, which turned into the right move! Very professional and prompt. I barely closed the door to my condo and had a tenant lined up. They gave me all the screening details to make certain I would be happy with this tenant. Also, the statements and payments were concise. Refreshing to find such a great value!

The team at Beyond Property Management has done a terrific job managing my rental home. They proved themselves over the first 6 months so I gave them my condo to manage as well. It is cost effective for me to have someone look after my property. Statements are always on time, and they rented my unit fast!
