Eric did a great job reviving my son's laptop and updating/cleaning-up the family computer. He was knowledgeable and able to get the job done. I recommend TechPros and would call them again.

These are the Greatests~!

Eric is the main dog that is always on time/good for explaining, especially to females, the workings of seems like a male computer.

Would recommend him for home services. THE best I've ever found.

Used TechPros based on a recommendation from a friend. Initial misunderstandings / miscommunications / and delays had me vowing to never use these guys again, but Eric took over our case and finally got the job done. Eric's performance would rate 4 or 5 stars, but due to initial issues, can't rate business as any better than average.

This team did a very difficult job with a professionalism that is worth of the best recognition. They fixed my computer system with cost in mind and quality parts and service. The timely manner in handling my needs got me back in service very quickly! I recommend this company for anyone's future needs and service in the area of computing

TechPros we absolutely GREAT! They came out over a holiday weekend and got my computer back up and running. They were curtious, friendly, and even ran back to Fry's a second time as the sales clerk at Fry's gave them the wrong part. It was truly a pleasure doing business with them and I would recommend them to anyone who is in need in in-home computer services.

For some obscure reason, our router wasn't working. It was working fine one day - the next *bzzt*!

We could tell pretty soon, we were in over our head we were going to need some technical support. We're just a small outfit and we don't have our own IT dept. So we called around and Tech Pros sounded like they were up to the task, the person on the phone was upbeat and confident, and they were able to come out that day!

They sent someone out right away and had us up and running again within the hour. Our tech worked quick and got all our computer problems solved!

I literally had a half-dozen people idle - unable to do any work until the network was back up and running again. So, needless to say, I was highly interested in getting our computer system repaired!

And Tech Pros did it!

I have a Mac which I love and discovered too late that my router was not protected. Instead of struggling with Linksys technological staff which was most frustrating and would take up to 3 hrs to accomplish, I found out about Tech Pros. Shahbaz Khan walked me through the proceess in less than a half hour. I feel relieved and protected from curious outsiders. This really is an invaluable service that TechPros offers.

Tech-Pros are immediate with return phone calls and are able to diagnose and fix computer needs capably and quickly. Their rates are competitive and I would highly recommend them.

if you're looking for someone to tune-up and refresh and take care of your computer, these are the guys!
