On-Site Techs

Although we had to have John out several times over a course of a week everytime he was very helpful, polite, and everything works great now! We will definitely be using him in the future! Would recommend to anyone!

i had on site techs repair my laptop, they were honest and very easy to work with right from the start, they fixed my laptop and i was on my way with little down time. would use them again, great company!

We have a fairly complex digital audio production setup from the server with 4 workstations, to the 2 online streaming machines, to the additional laptops, not to mention VPN for all of the principles and John has answered the challenge in a big way no matter what we've thrown at him. The net result has been 100% uptime and that's invaluable in the media business.

John was great my computer wouldnt come on he had it up and running in no time! He knows what he is doing and I know he will always be there when I need him. He gave me more info about my computer than anyone ever did. Thanks John!!!!!

My computer was a mess. John got to my house at 6:30 and was there for 4 hours. He was determined to get my computer running right. Not only was he knowledgeable but he was honest. I didn't feel he was taking advantage of me for not knowing anything about computers. And he explained as he went along. I WILL be using John in the future and will recommend him to anyone that needs help. Thanks John!!!

Unlike his competitors, John didn't just give a window of arrival for his service, he gave an actual appointment time and then arrived early! He fixed the problem with our internet reception and then did a couple of other things just because he could. When a minor problem surfaced later he took care of it remotely and didn't even charge. That kind of service and integrity is hard to find in any industry, let alone in the mystifying field of technology.

I used on-site techs twice and they exceeded my expectations both times.
every aspect of the service was fantastic. this last time the responded on a Sunday. It was awesome.

On-Site-Techs are great and I would 100% recommend their service. I bought a new computer and needed help not only setting it up but I needed a new video card and router installed. All was taken care of and in a friendly professional way. As problems arose they were dealt with. I will use them again and again and recommend them to all my friends.

We have an unusual set up in our church as our wireless system has to transmit through thick walls and quite a distance. We had been having problems for over 3 years when John came to the rescue. He analyzed our problems and then put in the fixes. We are extremely happy with his services, dependability, and quick response.
