I really did appreciate the very fast response to my leak problem. What I didn't like was that the technician was very critical of other peoples jobs, like the hot water heater that I just had replaced. Or that I couldn't get a straight answer from him without the up-selling of the whole situation. A simple toilet leak turned into a toilet replacement because the old toilet was not water efficient. A cartridge repair meant a whole shower renovation. I feel I was bamboozled.

Fast service at a great price/rate. Just performed service requested. Did not try to sell me something additional. Very friendly & courteous. My old central AC unit works great. Thanks to Roman & Chris.

They were very competitive in their pricing. Along with being very pleasant, and professional, they were concerned that I received a high level of customer satisfaction. Oscar went out of his way to ensure that I had the proper heater and AC to qualify for the federal income tax credit. I would use them again.

They started & got the job done 3 days before Thanksgiving, we got a tankless water heater & central heating! Excellent workmanship & all around great people! Would definetly recommend and use again!

Our Moen faucet failed & they came in that day, diagnosed the problem, went to get the part, & came to fix it all in the same day. Problem fixed. Very courteous, professional, knew what the problem was before he even checked it out. I would refer them to others & call them again should any other problems occur.

I called American Plumbing for a home heater problem. They came in the next morning, analyzed the problems and gave me options. I bought a new heater which the installed the next day and it works 10 times better than the old one.

Heat pump stopped making heat (and AC) new thermostat did not solve problem. While trouble shooting the problem, testing various aspects of the system, it started to make heat (and AC). Suspected that the valve in the compressor that reverses the cycle from heat to cool may have been stuck and needed to be switched back and forth a few times. The system gets used about twice per year, so the moral of the story is run your system during the year to keep things from seizing up. $49 later I'm up and running again. I learned a lot about my system and avoided expensive repairs. The first two folks I called, immediately suggested replacing the system without looking at it.
