Nice guy
I enjjoued the company of the plummer . he was a nice guy he did a good job cleaning my drains in the whole house

Best Plumber in San Diego
I had a main drain backed up. I was terrified since I never had this problem before. I called this plumbing company and the owner came out. Ali was well informed, polite and honest. He fixed my problem in my yard in one day and he called the city who came and fixed the city side with no charge to me. All for a ver reasonable price. Ali thank you very much for the time you took to explain everything to me and for fixing my problem.

Fair and Honest
I had a water heater that needed replacement at 8pm. They came out right away and gave me a fair estimate to repair my water heater, the price was even better than the price Home Depot had given me. Bill was a gentleman. I would definately use them again in the future.

Best plumber I've ever used
Had a main line drain. They came out in 30 minutes. They only chared me $85.00.I was very happy. Gilbert was very professional, and he even left the area cleaner than it was before.

Bad Plumber
Plumber was prompt, but misdiagnosed the issue tearing up about 30 feet of cement, then realizing that the real issue was an open drain. After the work was completed Ali (the owner) told me that there would be an additional ~30% charge. I would definitely never use this contractor. There are plenty of reputable plumbers that cost less & do the work correctly (see my other reviews). Although they responded that they have not received a complaint, they have in fact, and we are now in arbitration with the Better Business Bureau, and they are refusing to pay per the decision of the arbitrator. We have not received a complaint from this customer directly. Usually if any customer is dissatisfied with our service they call us or write us a letter so that we can make things right. We asked Ali Tuncbilek about this and he has no recollection whatsoever. Please, give us a call with more information. Before we start any repair we always do a camera inspection on the drains. There would be no way we could misdiagnose an issue. Thank you from the San Diego Drain Experts Team.

Very reasonable prices. Came at night and Bill was very professional diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it at the spot. They have earned a customer for life.
