B & B Carpet Care & Restoration

It’s been 2 years and 10 months since our carpet was installed and they needed to be cleaned.
Researched cleaners online and selected B&B. I like that their services and pricing are clearly detailed on their web site.
Buddy and Mike arrived at our home as scheduled, was careful with our furniture and completed on schedule.
Our carpet is like new. Our tiles and the grout are clean. Truly amazing transformation.
Can’t wait for my wife to see it and our daughter can once again roll around on the carpet.
Fantastic job guys. You have a repeat customer and I will definitely recommend you to friends and family.

First of all,I was very impressed when Carlos & Mike got here,rigth on time.They were very nice and professional.They left my dirty carpet looking like new!! I used Buddy and B&B to clean my carpets. With a 9-month old some areas had become quite ugly. Buddy arrived on time and proceeded to clean my carpets to look as good as new. I was impressed with his work and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a high quality, reasonably priced, professional carpet cleaning. I will surely use Buddy and B&B in the future.

What a great job B&B did on my carpet. I have always thought they where not really white but they really are. Mike showed up at the scheduled time, helped move the few bigger pieces of furniture and set up and got started. Mike was very knowledgeable about carpet care. When he was working on the 1st area he called me in and I was blown away my carpet was really white. WOW and as he and the machine made it through the rest of areas all I could say was WOW. I am a business owner in Escondido and it was nice to have a company that obviously takes pride in there work. I would recommend them to anyone and have already started talking about the great job. Thank you Mike and B & B for the great job

I have had my carpets cleaned for decades, in all my homes but have never experienced a real cleaning as your men did for me this week. Even though I only have a small apartment now, they treated it as though it was a mansion ! The guys were so professional and went above and beyond all expectations. I am so pleased and will recommend you highly.

I have had carpets cleaned many times in the past, but I have never had the customer service I experienced with Buddy at B&B. He actually cared about our situation, and went out of his way to accommodate us. Also, unlike many of the carpet cleaners out there, he really knows what he is doing. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, because B&B is worth every penny.

We recently purchased a home and needed to have the carpets stretched and cleaned. Buddy recommended someone for the stretching and he did a wonderful job. Buddy then came in and cleaned all of our carpets. The place was spotless! And he left us some amazing spray to clean up spills. I would definitely recommend B&B and will galdly use them again.

They did a great job. On time and very professional. I had asked for the last appointment on Saturday and they came through, which helped me a lot. Also sent me a personal "Thank You" card. A very class act. I would not use anyone else.
