I saw the reviews for Nelson Plumbing on Kudzu; they were all good. I spoke with Robert and made arrangements for him to help me with some plumbing problems at my home. He and his assistant Patrick made my appointment quickly, they were on time, professional, and reasonable. They did a terrific job. Robert is a problem solver. They were very courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. I have an older home, and the plumbing fixtures were "frozen" I didn't know if anyone could help me. But Robert was GREAT!! I will always call Robert. He is reachable by phone and you don't have to deal with an answering service or get snarled in the phone maze. You won't be disappointed with him. I contacted Robert yesterday while at work, met him at home that afternoon. He evaluated the problem and scheduled repairs for today. He kept in contact and I knew he was running a bit later than expected. When he arrived he got to work and within about an hour or a bit more he completed the job. I am very pleased with what he did.

Our bathroom flooded due to a clog in the pipes on a Friday night. Robert from Nelson Plumbing was out at our place within a half hour and had the problem solved in about an hour. He was very friendly and careful about keeping our place clean. I would definitely recommend him again.

We had to call Robert in the late afternoon because our toilets were overflowing onto our front yard. Yuck! He came ASAP that evening. He got the job done and cleaned up the mess for us. He was at our house until well after 9 o'clock and had the same great attitude when he left as when he got there. We highly reccomend him.

I needed a drain cleaned. Robert came and cleared a nasty drain that made a big mess. When he left my bathroom looked great and the drain worked again. Great!! But a day later the same bathroom gave us a problem. He came back and fixed it. And again, very professional and clean.
I would recommend Nelson Plumbing to everyone.

I called at 8:55pm on a sunday. Robert was at my house before 10pm. After moving into our new house on a 95degree day, all I wanted was to take a shower. Sewer matter was flowing from the bath tub. Any other plumber would have charged 3x what Robert did. I highly recommend calling for any plumbing work needed. Regards, Richard Richison

Robert came over to fix my leaking pvc main water pipe. He dug down to the problem quickly, fixed the leak with a new plug and special glue that allows you to turn the water back on immediately. Then filled the hole and rinsed my shovel. Total time was an amazing 40 mins from start to finish! He also worked with my schedule, so I did not have to take off from work. His prices are also very reasonable. He is my new plumber, and a great guy also. I recommend him very highly! Hi

If you are looking for fair pricing, comfortable level of confidence, alternate and realistic ideas, and professional service, this is the plumber to contact. We had a pre-dug trench for our remodel toilet project and Robert did not try to bury us in cost for his sewage and water line services. We now consider Nelson Plumbing our personal plumbing contact.

"If I can say something positive about sewer water backed up into my shower floor" Robert, was available as soon as I called and within the hour he was at my place. Once he saw the problem, he knew exactly what to do to fix it. He had a little challenging time with his new machine, but once he got it working the problem was fixed quickly. He was also kind enough to clean all the mess the problem had caused. Thank you! His service was personable and courteous. He even matched the competitor's quote I had received earlier. Thank you for the good service! :) I now have peace of mind about the unexpected problem.
