Hi I just thought I would leave a not to let everyone know that Swifttech does a great job on Mac Repairs in San Diego. They have always been the best repair shop I know of and they are half the price of the Apple store.

These guys work on Mac and PC. Who would have thought you could get them both fixed in one stop. I had a great experiance there and so did my mom.

Very knowledgable and helpful as well as very reasonable prices.I recommend them highly.also great guys that do many extras for you.

The guys at Swifttech were great, the chopped the labor fee, and dropped other fee's on my repair work. The swapped the motherboard and processor out for me.

In the process it was determined that the HDD was going bad. They took the liberty to replace it (for free), however did not inform me of the situation. All my pre-installed programs from HP were lost, along with the reboot partition. I have no clue as to what personal files were on the HDD, but since I could not think of anything off hand I did not request a data recovery (even though they did not even offer it).

I checked through HP's website, and can request a reboot disk, which will cost me just in $19. Swifttech will not pay for it, even though they did this work with out my authorization.

Even though the service was ok, the HDD replace/reboot with out my knowledge is unacceptable. I will NOT be returning.

Amazing! Steven at Swift Computer Repair transformed my computer :) It was slow, sluggish, full of adware viruses (that I wasn't even aware of). He went through the entire computer, cleaned it up, installed AVG, went through the programs with me, and more. I was sincerely impressed. And now my dell laptop runs like a dream :) I can't say enough good things about Swift Computer Repair. ALSO, they build computers and they gave a price on a tower and monitor for about 30% less than Dell. I highly recommend this place!!!

Wow what an experiance bill from swifttech came to my business, he had estimated that we would be back up in about an hour. 45 min came around and he told me it would be about an hour and twenty minutes. He got it done in about and hour and fifteen and only charged for an hour. Great fix and service, great rates. thanks Bill
