We have purchased, sold homes & recently just rented our house through the help of Lisa Hayashi. In all these, she did an excellent job! She is very professional, polite, hardworking & patient. She always communicates and brainstorm with me. Probably without her knowing it, she does educate me about realstate, giving me enough information to make clear & informed decisions. I continue to learn a lot from her. She has all the skills & qualities you would look for, such as honesty & integrity, knowledge and responsiveness. Over the past 20 years, we have bought several homes and Lisa is the best realtor we have worked with. She is very professional, positive and patient. I know what I am looking for and she showed me everything everywhere I wanted to look. She is very observant and pointed out problem areas that I had not noticed on walking through the homes. My husband even liked working with Lisa, even though he usually does not get along with realtors. We highly recommend her to everyone and would definitely use her services again. Lisa is really easy to work with. She's willing to show you everything out there. She will give you her opinion in secret Realtor Code which is really helpful. She's not pushy and doesn't try to get you into something that isn't for you. We would use her again.
