I am very difficult to please, hence the 4 stars above. I was soooo scared of starting this 500 sqft project. We found Greg in the PennySaver. He is so nice to work with. We liked his transparency, how he broke down the project (framing, electrical, plumbing) showing the cost for each part and the profit he is making. Even his subcontractors are timely and hard-workers.

I would recommend Gilbert Construction to anyone. Since I wastn't sure what I wanted, he listened to my ideas and worked with me until I was satisfied with the final plans and the price. Greg was very easy to work with, quick to respond to questions or complaints and I am very pleased with my family room and master suite addition.
