Wonder Dog Training

Wonder dog training helped us train our dogs. Jennifer trained us to train them. She is very skilled , knowledgeable and personable trainer. Highly recommend.

Jen is great with dogs and does a wonderful job to help owners learn to train their dogs. She has gone above and beyond many times to help us after the training was complete. She is a very good at what she does and a wonderful person to have in your and your dog's lives.

My dog loves Jen and so do we. She really knows her stuff and has helped us out with our "pound puppy" I would highly recommend Wonder Dog training to anyone.

This place trains your dog to sit, lie down ,and etc. This place loves dogs and also teaches the owner how to act with there dog.

Working with Jen has been a positive, rewarding experience. I needed help with my terrier mix who nipped, lunged at people on walks, was fearful of men, anyone wearing sunglasses, hats, big shoes, or carrying almost anything. Walking him was such a chore because I never knew how he was going to react. It wasn't until he actually bit someone and drew blood that I knew I was in serious trouble with this dog. That is when I contacted Jen. Jen taught me how to communicate with him, understand him, and how to lead him in a very kind and consistent manner using positive reinforcement. He now looks to me for direction rather than acting out in fear. He is a different dog than he was a few months ago. Jen's service is invaluable. She will give you the skills you need to succeed, and her never-ending support will guide you all the way through the process. Jen is extremely patient and calm, and she understands your frustration. She is never too busy to return a phone call to answer your questions. Jen is professional, reliable, and fun to work with. You and your dog deserve the best, and Jen is the absolute best!

My husband and I rescued a dalmatian mix. I knew that we were not experienced enough to train him properly so I did a lot of research to find a trainer that would suit our needs. I live in Los Angeles and travelled almost to Santa Barbara and down to San Diego to interview trainers. Jen was the best. We left our dog with her for 1 month and couldn't be happier. He walks brilliantly on a leash now (no pulling), he's well-mannered and extremely obedient. Other residents in our building say that our dog is the best behaved dog in the building! Our dog loved Jen and her home too. It was clear he was well cared for and well loved. He goes back for boarding! 5 stars are not enough for her quality and professionalism.

My husband and I worked with Jennifer to train our new and very energetic golden retriever puppy in 2006. Having a trainer who would come to our home and tailor the training to our specific needs was invaluable. Jennifer had so many good tips and was so patient with our dog and with us, effective in her training methods, and responsive to our many questions. I highly recommend her services. She really knows her stuff!

Jen trained my 2 year old Cocka-chon, Jack (Bichon/Cocker). He had some behavioral issues including anxiety from separation & boredom, jumping on people/furniture, not coming when called and agression issues. The training took place at my house and Jack has considerably improved in the last 2 months. He doesn't jump up on visitors, stays by my side when outside and his anxiety when left during the day alone has greatly improved. I highly recommend Jen - she is very good at explaining the reasons why dogs act in the way they do compared to another trainer in the area.

Jen brought out the best in my baby beagle Kona! Her knowledge, patience, and caring attitude was so great. Due to Jen's help I now will have many succesful outings with my beagle!

Jennifer is an excellent canine trainer! She taught my dog Rocky (boxer mix) obedience training and corrected behavior issues when he was 12 months old. Today, Rocky's 18 months old and still follows those same obedience skills he learned from Jen and continues to learn everyday! I was very pleased with Jennifer's methods of training and refered her to other dog owners that have attended her training classes since. Thanks Jen ! Vince and Rocky
