Dave and Kurt were nice. Dave set me up and Kurt was great. He ended up fixing my boot issue so quickly that he spent some of the remaining time to show me a couple of other tricks to help me optimize my time. Hopefully my computer will last another couple years, but if not, I know who to call.

I had a great experience and am very pleased with how well my computer runs now. My only regret is waiting so long to get it sorted out! Chip was my tech and he was pleasant and calm. I'll tell my friends because my computer is good now!

Unprofessional, rude and do not finish the job. They seem nice at first, but don't be fooled. After their "repair" my computer is in worse shape than before. I had two phone appointments with the owner Kurt, who flaked on both occasions because he "had something else to take care of." Customer service is not a priority to this company. In comparison, they are inexpensive to other companies, but remember, you get what you pay for.

Excellent service, Mobile Computer Wizard was able to fix my computer problem on-line. Technician was knowledgeable, patient and easy to talk to. Great Service!!

I called them to help set up a print server to share a printer between two computers. Rather than just give me an appointment and come out and work on the problem, Kurt spent about 5 minutes on the phone explaining that I should return the print server and buy a network printer which would cost just slightly more than their service call. Talked himself right out of a job but provided a better solution. WOW!

Great start up business, always a need in this computer run world, fast, good service and affordable. You will undoubtedly need this service in the future and it is nice to have a wizard at hand who knows how to help you with all your computer needs. My rating is an A.
