Beginning with the first time she took us to look at properties, continuing through the 90 day escrow, Alisa was a treat to work with. My husband and I bought our first home and were totally clueless as to how the whole process worked. Sonja was so patient with us and very kind. She explained everything to us perfectly. Additionally, Sonja was very professional, always returned our phone calls promptly, and worked very hard to help us find our perfect place, often working late to accommodate our schedules. After going through a bad experience with another realtor that we were referred to by a family member, we found Alisa Edwards in a desperate search for the ideal person that could work under our tight deadline and busy schedulesshe was perfect! I worked with Julie Peterson from Urban Homes and I would highly recommend her services to anyone. Julie listened to what I wanted in a home and was wonderful at reading between the lines as to what you will accept and what you really want. My property was a short sale which closed in record time thanks to Julie's efforts. From finding the property, to dealing with inspectors, appraisers and bids for repairs, Julie arranged all of it and was calm, dependable and professional throughout. We had a positive and sucessful experience working with Urban Homes from the first call about the property to the contract and ultimately the closing. Alisa Edwards kept us informed and guided us through the short-sale process. We have purchased property many times before but never have we had a realtor so personally committed to the sucessful completion of our purchase as Alisa Edwards was. What was truly amazing was that we live on the east coast, so communication was key! We actually viewed the property for the first time 2 days before escrow!
