Best inspector & the best value - HIGHLY recommend
Inspection Perfection was referred to me by a close friend of mine that has owned his own development/construction company in San Diego for the past 10 years. I asked him for "the best" and he referred me to Will Johnson at Inspection Perfection. Not only are their rates extremely competitive, they are very thorough and professional. Worth way more than I paid quite honestly. You can't go wrong with this company.

Highly Recommend Inspection Perfection
Will was very responsive and patient. His report was delivered promptly and was clear and supported by pictures and narratives.
This was much more official than the previous inspectors report.
Will's rate was slightly higher than other's but came at a good value for services received.

Did not feel the touch ... could be wrong though
Did not use ladder or binoculars for roof inspection, did not check the areas / parts that were not immediately accessible to him or "not on the list" which had more exlusions then anything else. The report was good though the images could have been larger and please place arrows or circles around the referenced defective areas next time.

Overall great job
Will was right on time and did an overall great job of finding things I didn't notice, or didn't even know to look for. Received a 50+ page report the next day. The very slight ding on the Quality rating is because a few minor things were not included in the report that I expected to be.
