Just had Roger complete some work on my very old house and he did a great job considering what he had to work with! Honest and professional - I would definitely recommend.

Our new home had a small office with very limited power Just one 15amp outlet. I planned to put several computers, monitors, etc in this room. Further, with all this equipment I knew I'd need a window AC too. Roger was able to come up with a very economical solution in which another outlet, on a different circuit from our laundry room, was added. He was able to run the wires through the wall without making any holes with the exception of the hole needed for the outlet. He charged a very reasonable price, and we've had zero problems powering all the things mentioned above. I plan to call Roger about another job soon.

We have had problems with the electrical in every single room in our house. It would flash off and on, go out completely and throw breakers. After a different electrician came out to our house 3 times and said that there was nothing wrong, we called Roger. He came out on time, was very friendly and now everything works PERFECTLY! We were not charged over what he quoted us either. It was a great experience! we will definitely call him again.

I was looking for an electrician and started with Craig's list. The first post I saw was Fidelity's article on tips on choosing an electrician for consumers. I was very impressed with the article. I called Fidelity and got an apppointment for the same day. He was on time, very nice, and proceeded to solve my problem quickly and very inexpensively. I took a chance on them, and was so glad I did. Nancy G.

Roger came buy and quoted a good price on adding multiple outlets to a kitchen, living room and bedroom in a older house. Worked quickly to avoid impacting tenants, and placed outlets right where desired. Looked like they were in the house 100 years ago. Would definitely call him again.

Had Roger and Jose hook up a hot tub I had purchased through Costco. Roger came out and checked out what needed to be done and we scheduled a time for the next week. They showed up on time and were complete with the project as predicted and at the bid quoted. Roger identified (and showed me) where the landscape contractor had not properly installed the correct wiring or GFCI. I went to Home Depot to get the proper breaker while they worked finalizing the install. Did not charge extra for the additional work that it required. Very glad that I hired Fidelity!

I saw the reviews for Fidelity on Kudzu and called for an appointment. I spoke with Roger. He was on time, professional, and reasonable. Jose is his installer. He put in a new ceiling fan in my kitchen, did some rewiring, fixed a new fan box in the dining room (attic) and readied it for the new ceiling fan. My neighbor said he could install the fan, so I let him do it. Eight hours later, the fan didn't work and I couldn't turn it off. I called Roger. He sent Jose over before I left for work the next morning. He took down the previous fan, moved the fan box, and installed the new fan that morning. When I came home, I was soooo pleased. These guys are wonderful. I will have them do all my electric work from now on. You won't be disappointed. And Jose cleans up before he leaves. A happy outcome! patricia :-)

I found this contractor by searching on
Google for Angie's List + Electrician
not knowing that Angie's list is paid
membership site. After looking through
Several pages of the Google listings I
found a new release about Fidelity Elec.
winning some coveted Angies list rating.
I tried to find them in the phone book
to no avail but did find them on the
internet and they were even local to our Del Cerro home with offices on Jackson
Dr. and Mission Gorge Rd. I called on Monday and got an appointment on Tues
for a variety of work that was all done
promptly and professionally and he even
did a few extra things besides just the
electric work. He also made some
recommendations for further work which
we will have him do if we decide we
want it done in the near future.

Spoke to Roger on the phone and he was here at a specific time - not early or late. There were three projects in all. The last a fairly complicated- I wasn't even sure what I wanted included in it - Roger walked me through it suggesting a number of options. I was impressed with his expertise and ability to translate my obtuse ideas into and completed project in about three hours. My wife and I were/are completely satisfied with Fidelity. I've got the refrigerator magnet up on the refrigerator to prove it! We're definitely going to call Fidelity again the next time I want something done efficiently and correctly the first time! WOW! Fidelity is without a doubt a completely honest, reliable and FAIR COMPANY!! After being taken advantage of, ripped off and jerked around by BPG Electric in Escondido, I am amazed and extremely happy with Fidelity. HONEST!, decent, caring,top notch quality. PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE ARE WHAT YOU GET FROM FIDLELITY!! I am so very thankful to these guys. DON'T SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE, TRUST ME, I'VE DONE IT TWICE AND WHO KNOWS WHAT YOU CAN TRUST OUT THERE.
