Five Diamond Detailers: Auto Detailing

Ed detailed my 02 Ford F-250 long bed. Incredible job. Looked like new, from engine to wheels to tonneau bed cover. Even did the rubber mat in bed with tire cleaner. Highly recommended. I expected a good job at around 5 hours. I got an incredible job that took 9 hours. Would not even use my electricity though offered. Used his generator.

I have never been satisfied when getting my cars detailed in the past. I ALWAYS find something that I wish they'd have done or done better. I usually do this myself but I am in the Military and in San Diego I am in a high rise so I don't have the ability to detail my car perfectly in front of my garage. I researched high & low until I read the reviews for 5 Diamond. Then after e-mailing 4 shops only 2 replied to my detailed e-mail. Ed & Amon first, and another place with "bring it in" and that was the entire e-mail. Ed took the time to address all of my concerns and put me at ease. Additionally he went out of his way to ensure my car was ready before I had company arriving it even though he didn't have anything available. THAT'S Customer Service! As for the job. as picky as I am this car is SPOTLESS and looks better than it did inside BMW of San Diego. So if you are anything like me please save yourself the time and worry, THIS is the ONLY place you have to call for your detailing needs. It's no "fluke" that EVERY single review is top notch for this place. Well Done Ed & Amon.

These guys did an excellent job on both of our vehicles. I don't think there's anyone in the world who is more particular than my husband, and even he was completely happy. We felt like it was a bargain for what we got. They worked really hard, were on time and very professional. Highly recommended.

Arrived on time and did a superior job: exactly what they said they would do. My 2000 Lexus looks like it just came out of the showroom!

I was so pleased with my car detailing service by Five Diamond Detailers! Amon and Ed were so punctual and extremely professional, they came to me so I did even have to leave my house. They cleaned the inside and out of my car, being so attentive to every little detail. I don't think I have ever seen my car so clean! Five Diamond Detailers.highly recommended!

Amon came out to help me get my car back into shape for us to return our lease. He helped us out with some touchups that we were skeptical about. When he left I think the spots he worked on looked better then the car did when we got it! Thanks for the great service! I would highly recommend this team!

5 Diamond really did a great job on our 2002 Subaru Forester. They worked on the car for 4 hours and it was worth every penny (plus a tip!). Steam cleaning, waxing, detailingeverything. I'm very impressed and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great car detailer.
