Found our perfect nanny!
Just thinking about finding the right nanny to watch my 3 month old daughter overwhelmed me. After meeting Dara, I felt a sense of relief immediately. Dara's experience, work ethic and personality were just what we needed to connect us with the right nanny. Since Dara came to our house and met our family, she was able to find the right match for us right away (within a week!). Our nanny has been with us for a month and she is perfect for our family. I highly recommend Seaside Nannies!

Speedy Help!
Dara has been a great and speedy help for us when we were searching for the right nanny. She helped to coordinate the available staff for interview in order for us to make our best decision on several different occasions. Her attention to detail and commitment to children has helped us in every step of the way. As a female entrepreneur and our commitment to my husband’s business as well as my own, I appreciate the effort and boundaries that Dara sets for her nannies and clients. Wonderful help!
We found Dara word of mouth from a friend that had used her services about a year ago. (Their nanny is still with them and very much a part of their family) Our friends were so impressed by Dara's enthusiasm and opinion, that we decided to use her service, after researching the other nanny agencies in town. My wife and I decided that out of all the services, Dara called us back immediately, and had more to offer than the other agencies, especially her background and knowledge (we have a son that thinks he rules the world!). We decided to move forward and have her come meet our family. She sent us over four candidates that were all absolutely fantastic. She suggested to do trial with all four candidates to make sure we were the right fit with one another and did not pressure us at all. We ultimately made a decision, and could not be happier! We were really surprised at the level of service, and the amount of attention Dara gave us, but then again, we would not expect anything else, especially since she was so highly recommended by our friends. So in return, we would like to also tell San Diego, that Dara and her Seaside Nannies are a wonderful service to use.

A Professional Nanny Agency
We relocated from the NYC area 8 months ago. Due to our hectic work schedules, I knew that we would need a nanny once we arrived in SD. In the past I have worked with many agencies in NYC, due to the 3 wonderful boys I have and their busy lives! I wanted to make sure that once we arrived in SD we would have everything in place and calling Dara from Seaside Nannies was the best thing I did!! Not only did she find us the perfect fit for our boys and their busy after school schedules, but she also helped direct me to a whole new "locals" perspective for my children! I can't write enough wonderful things about Dara and how she runs her agency, I really felt she went above and beyond our expectations as a nanny agency owner! She really cares about us! She is much more than a nanny agency, she is a professional SERVICE in which she makes sure her clients are taken care of the way they should be! After dealing with several agencies in NYC and now relocating to SD, I am thrilled to know someone like Dara was able to Help us! WE highly recommend Seaside Nannies to any family that is looking for a nanny or anything else that has to do with children in San Diego!! Thanks Again Dara!!

You can't get better than Dara!
Dara is absolutely the best! You will not find a better agency in Southern California. I contacted over a dozen agencies in the orange county/san diego area and would not recommend anyone but Seaside Nannies. I came to Dara with a list of very high expectations and she told me not to worry one bit, she would find the right family for me and she did! I honestly didn't believe her when she told me she could find the perfect family for me. Dara doesn't settle for anything but perfect and never seemed to mind one bit when I said close but not quiet, can I meet someone else? Dara found me the perfect family, I couldn't be happier!!!

HIGHLY Recommend Seaside Nannies
We have been through three different San Diego Nanny agencies, all of which have been AWFUL experiences!! We found through our experience, that Seaside Nannies is the best service out there... Not only is the owner a child development specialist, she has been a nanny for over 20 years and has many years of teaching experience as well... she knows what she is doing. None of the other services fingerprint their candidates until after you have selected one, if they even do it at all, and Seaside Nannies makes all their nannies do it before they meet with us! Not only that, but the owner of the company came to our house to have a face to face interview with my husband and I, to really make sure we found the right fit!! Talk about service! We also have asked her to come back and help us get our four month old on a sleeping routine, because she is all over the place with her naps... The owner, Dara Green, goes above and beyond what any normal agency does in San Diego. We could not be happier!!

San Diego's BEST!
I wanted to Thank Dara and Seaside Nannies for helping us find the perfect nanny for our family! We have been through 3 other nanny agencies in San Diego, all of which NEVER were able to deliver and did not live up to our standards. Not only with the nannies they sent over, as none of which matched our criteria, but also with the level of service and professionalism that Dara gave us. She made sure that all the nannies she sent over were completely appropriate and she did not miss a beat. We ended up meeting three nannies which were all great and we did trial with two of them. Ultimately, we made a decision and we could not be happier. We think this was the best experience and wish we tried her first!

Peace of Mind!
Dara came over to our house, asked us about what kind of parenting style we were moving towards and what kinds of things were important to us, etc. She took the time to help us figure out what our needs were and that went way above our expectations. We were happiest in knowing we had an advocate working for our family, rather than just a nanny agency that did not offer home consultations. We now have the best nanny, highly skilled and incredibly knowledgeable! She is suggestive while respectful, educated, has worked with infants previously, and has helped me a TON into transitioning into this new chapter in our lives! And I am thrilled at the level of service that Dara gave to our family in this process. She is knowledgeable, professional, warm, and genuinely cares about the people she works with. We would not hesitate to recommend her and Seaside Nannies to anyone who is looking for peace of mind!

Genuine Agency
I recently moved back to San Diego and upon my return I interviewed with or spoke to every nanny agency in the San Diego area. Seaside nannies and in particular, Dara, is the only Agency in San Diego that I am willing to work with. They are honest, thorough, credible and truly want the best fit for both the Family and the nanny. Dara spent many hours with me interviewing me and figuring out what I was looking for. The information that she asks for is unlike any other professional background questions. I know that she also spends time with the family, to not only see what they want, but help them figure out what they need. Dara is a professional, that is looking out for the people that she serves. Dara's experience in the industry as well as her knowledge and compassion make Seaside Nannies the only agency in San Diego to work with.

BEST AGENCY IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
I have been a nanny for 6 years, and have been working with every agency in San Diego and Orange County. I always felt that these agencies did not care about their nannies, or their families, and were not very interested in long lasting positions. They were sloppy, inefficient, and very unqualified to be making a judgement about which nanny belonged in which house. Seaside Nannies is now the only agency I will use to find my families. Dara Green (President) is one of the most personable, welcoming people I have met in this industry. Having been a Nanny for 22 years, and an education in child development, she has the necessary qualifications for assessing family dynamics, and what personalities will mesh appropriately. She takes care of her Nannies, and Families, and her main priority is making the fit last for years. I would highly recommend Dara Green to any family or Nanny looking for a custom fit for their needs.
