Air Plus impressed us from all 6 other dealers. Kim in the office was helpful and positiveJim did the most thorough inspection of our current system and made several recommendations. We chose an excellent heater from TRANE and are very happy w/ resultswe are planning to add A/C next year w/ AirPlus.

Air Plus Heating and Cooling recently installed a new furnace and air conditioner for me. I could not have been happier with the entire process. I got the perfect system for my house, at the best price, and the pleasure of working with friendly, knowledgeable professionals.

Kim was able to give us the advantages and disadvantages of the Trane products they offered resulting in us getting the right system for our home. There was no pressure to buy more than we needed. Kim is also an expert in explaining the government tax credit and rebate programs.

Jim, one of the owners, installed our new system. He started when he said he would and finished on time also – this is very rare with contractors today. He is extremely knowledge in his craft and it showed with flawless installation of our new AC and furnace.

Air Plus Heating and Cooling has earned my business for all of my future heating and cooling needs.

By the way, Kim and I are NOT related even though we share the same last name.

Hire Air Plus and you certainly will not be disappointed. I have worked over the last 20 years with many contractors, and they stand out in customer service, quality of workmanship, timeliness and price. In my case they replaced a 30+ year old heater with a new model - they advised me in detail and gave me many honest options. I wish everyone were like this!! Matthias von Herrath

We hired AirPlus to replace a 30+ year old heating system and air conditioner in our home. We hired them because of their professionalism and pricing, and the overall personal attention we received in the bidding process. We were not disappointed. Jim’s years of experience were critical to getting our new Trane system with Clean Effects properly installed in the available space in our 1930’s house (we had another contractor take one look at the space and decide not to bid!), and we are very pleased with their work. We are also very happy with the system Jim recommended, and we and thank him for his expertise in helping us decide the correct products for our home. We will be using AirPlus for the maintenance on the system and highly recommend them to other consumers. Thanks Jim and Kim!

We highly recommend Air Plus. As other reviewers have mentioned, they show up on time (a novel concept), do what they said they will do, and don't leave until you're satisfied.

Two of the bedrooms in our house have never been cool; they get no airflow and because they face the afternoon sun, got way too warm by the end of the day. Jim came and diagnosed the problem (even taking duct-work apart before we'd even agreed to have him do the job). He made recommendations to improve the airflow in the house that none of the other contractors we talked to even considered. The bedrooms are substantially cooler now. We're very pleased, and the Clean Effects rocks!

Air Plus is a very professional business run by caring and responsive individuals who care about their customers. They arrived on time, were thorough and very fair in their pricing. The installation of my ac system was completed as scheduled, the team was conscientious of my home and left the work area in impeccable condition when they left. Excellent experienceI recommend them highly!

Having built a house and fired my fair share of contractors, it was truly a pleasant experience dealing with Kim and Jim. Showed up when they said they would, installed when they promised, completed the job on time and cleaned up when finished.

and the Clean Effects is amazing.

As a busy single woman homeowner, I have had many frustrations (nightmares) while coordinating and completing many home repairs.
