Michelle Pelle, M.D.

I had a great experience with Dr. Pelle. She was very prompt and friendly with me. I wasn't intimated at all. I would highly recommend her. Her office staff was also very friendly.

I had previously gotten 4 treatments at Dermacare in Mission Valley. They seemed a little shady so I did some additional research and found that a real MD should be doing the laser treatments and not just a nurse or assistant - which is what Dermacare had.

I found Michelle Pelle online and from my first phone call, they were very informative and told me straight up pros and cons of laser and what to expect.

I just had my first treatment there and I am so surprised at how professional a laser treatment SHOULD be! Michelle was extrememly informative and she talked me through each step. She even took down records of the lasers we used, the power levels of the lasers and other one on one information she wanted to keep up to date with me on.

Unlike the other place I went to, Michelle took her time and even went over my areas twice to make sure she got everything. wow! what service.

I highly recomment this clinic.

From the first appt. she lacked bedside manner. Not friendly, and didn't make me feel comfortable with my problem. When I went for a follow up to show her how badly her procedure went she kept me waiting 35+ minutes past my appt., she was rude, sarcastic, wouldn't acknowledge how badly it turned out. She was short tempered and defensive. Wouldn't let me talk without interrupting.

began with being a thorough physician, albeit rushed and a no good at listening, who then yelled at me and stormed out of the room after stating "I might hurt you"

Refused to listen to anything I said. Cut me off mid sentence to yell at me and tell me that she "cant help me if I keep undermining her"

Im sure her qualifications are just fine, but I have never met a doctor who has made me feel so uncomfortable in my life. I would never go back to her or reccommend her to anyone else.

Dr. Pelle is a god!! I have had cystic acne my whole life and no other dermatologist has been able to help me find any relief!! i have even tried accutane before, no help.

The first visit to Dr. Pelle, she looked at my skin, and said we aren't going to try any of those oral medications that you have in the past, they obviously don't work (unlike most doctors who want you to try everything before they start more aggressive treatment :) ). She started me on an androgen blocker, because she said it was apparent to her that my body was "allergic" to male hormones and the acne was a result of that.

That was almost 2 years ago, and my skin has never looked better. Within the first month my skin was clear, and cyst free!!

The other great thing is that she doesn't make you come in every 3 months to check on you, i have only been twice in 2 years, and she keeps refilling my perscription.

If your skin is in need of help, you have to to see her!!

I have been seeing Dr. Phelle for a little while now, she is very passionate about the work she does, and answering questions. She is busy, but that must be because she is so good at what she does.
I have looked for a doctor for some time that I could trust, and share my concerns, she was the only one that realized I had precancer skin condition, she gave me hope.

Dr. Pelle always seems too busy for her patieints. Her bedside manner also needs major improvement. She actually snapped at me when I may have asked one too many questions. If you want a dermatologist that will listen to your needs, you probably will do better elsewhere.

Its not much that i could say but for u to go see dr pelle very sensative good doctor listens and cares about what she does and her patice

Having had psoriasis my entire life I have seen many dermatologists and I can assure you that Dr. Pelle is rare. Not only is she knowlegable about the most up-to-date treatments but she is also passionate about what she does.
