They've redeemed themselves
This was the most money for the worst hair cut for my bichon. These folks had the nerve to charge me $75.00! They quoted me $55 on the phone. Linda, the groomer, clearly didn't listen to me and my bichon ended up looking like a poodle. I asked her not to cut it so short that his skin showed. She did. When I picked him up, the hair around his mouth was all scraggly and yellow so when I took him home, I had to wash him and re-brush him and I just paid $75!! This is crazy! But after I complained like crazy and wrote an email to the owner, she refunded me the money, which I think was the right thing to do and I applaud her for that1
