Ono Sushi

I recently moved to San Diego from San Francisco and was unsure of where to find a good sushi spot. I found Ono Sushi and absolutely love it! I highly recommend this place. the food was fresh and resonable priced, the bar serves an array of martinis and their Flirtini is to die for and the lighting is perfect. I hate and avoid restaurants with bad lighting. this is a great spot!

Ono is one of my favorite Sushi Spots. Their Calamari appetizer and tempura ice cream are both one of a kind! Service is always great and the ambiance is fun and upbeat. A little pricey but worth it !

this is a great place to go and have some fresh sushi and some cool drinks. if youre not into sushi they have some great chicken and beef dishes as well. id definately rec. it.

Ono is among my top 5 fav sushi places in townthey have some very inventive and tasty rolls. The price-to-portion ratio leaves a little to be desired at times, but the atmosphere is good and this is without a doubt one of the better sushi restaurants in SD.

Very yummy. It's ususally filled with college students, the prices are reasonable for what they're offering. Come at happy hour.

Nothing is worth an hour wait.
Try going on Mondays, instead off Friday or Saturdays. Face it; anywhere in Hillcrest is a nighmare and a zoo on weekends.

Every place in Hillcrest is packed to the gills and loud. Food here was ok, nothing to bring Wolfgang Puck or Gordon Ramsey running.
How about reservations instead of lines?

A popular sushi restaurant in San Diego and it remains so with their fresh sushi and great service. The prices are moderate and the ambiance is comfortable.

Although I am not a big sushi fan, I know a good sushi restaurant when I see one and unfortunately this one has a lot to be desired. Too expensive(location location location) and service could have been better. I have been to worse though.
