Wow! This place offers fabulous variety at a fair price but don't go here if you're on a diet. You'll be breaking your diet vows for sure!

The food here is pretty expensive during breakfast hours, but the staff is very friendly. I personally would rather just go to Denny's for the same meal though.

The first time I went to this place, my jaw dropped with joy. The bakery offers all sorts of sweets and it's sold by the pound. Food is good and cheap.

I love, love, love this place. It's reasonably priced. The menu is phenomenal with soooo many choices to choose from. The staff is friendly, responsive to your table and quick (even when super busy). We've never waited longer than 15 minutes to get a table, maybe 30 minutes on a Sunday morning when the whole place is packed. The food is so yummy and there is always something for everyone on the menu so it's great for a group to enjoy a Saturday brunch with. Their deli/bakery have so many great things you can take home with you. And the gift shop has soo many cute things in it. Plus I always have fun reading the walls too. It's a great place not just for a kosher or european diet, but for anyone. I have so many fave dishes from this place that it's hard to decide what to get each time I go, so I just pick a new item off the list. Haven't even tried everything yet. Even ordering take out was a breeze. Their latkes and blintzes are awesome by the way. :)

HUGE PORTIONS! I must gain 20 pounds every time that I go here. Really good place to go eat. It is a tradition in San Diego.

For a tastely home style dinner, try this amazing delicatessen. Early bird dinners before 6PM and wonderful egg creams. Parking is a bit of a squeeze. They are very good at getting parties seated fast.

I love the kreplach soup and my wife loves the matzo ball soup. They have a jar of free kosher dill pickles you can have with your sandwich. I like the flavor of the pastrami sandwiches and the meat was very thick. The only complaint I had is that the bread on the sandwich gets soggy because there is so much meat. I ask for mine toasted know to prevent that. They have a bakery area too. The prices are not so good for the bakery compared to the quality you get I think.
The breakfast there are a much better deal and they are delicious too.

I've only eaten here once, but I was very impressed with their breakfast. The place is huge, but i still had to wait to get a table. While waiting, I was staring at the baked goods which made my mouth water. I ended up ordering some kind of omelette which was pretty good. In my opinion, it was a lot better than Denny's.

First off, there's the deli and bakery up front: chopped liver made fresh and on-site(yummy!), plenty of baked goods, and then we move on to the restaurant: HUGE, and I mean HUGE, pastrami, chopped liver, corned beef sandwiches and those pickles!
You don't have to be Jewish to love this place!
