great place, very ecclectic, great variety of food drinks and people. always open lots of outlets for computers and lots of tables and places to sit.

Always good people watching, cool live music venue next door, excellent coffee, free wifi (although it's been slow the last couple of months), amazing sandwiches, and a cool staff. Many nights have been spent there working through those time critical projects. Highly recommend!

Lestats is one of those great neighborhood coffee joints that you go to even if you dont live in the neighborhood. Make the trip to have them make you a latte. I prefer the mexican mochas or whatever they call them. Cinnamon and chocolate and you cannot go wrong.

Whether you are there to study or meet people, this place is the place to go. Even if you don't wanna socialize, it's one of the best places to people watch. There are some interesting characters that hang out there. If you have to bring your family, even during the day, sometimes the hangings on the walls are not kid-friendly. Of course, the artwork changes from time to time. But there was a time I visited that place and saw naked men artistically posing. lol Just be wary about what's hanging on the walls if you bring your kids. Other than that, great place and great, strong coffee

I love coming here on Tuesday nights for stand up comedy. It is always full of many locals and you never know who is going to perform but I always get a good laugh.

I like coming here to watch the local talent in the venue next door. This is a great place to grab some coffee, sit back, and either relax or laugh yourself silly with the amateur comedians. The crowd varies it's never boring here!

I love going here because it is one of the best places that I have found in San Diego to enjoy a cup of coffee and catch up with friends. The atmosphere is great and lively!

Chris Trapper is coming to Lestat's November 8th! I am a fan of Chris' music and it will be so much fun, as are all of his live performances! I cant wait! If you are passing through or if you live nearby.drop in, enjoy the music! See you there!

Best, affordable place in town to grab a coffee and surf the net. Whether you have your own laptop or use one of the in house computers it is a good spot. Great for people watching

This is a place where the sleepless goes to whether it's a term paper or work, they can give you a place to gather with lots of caffeine.
