Chase was very friendly to work with and shocked me with a quote that was $450 less then one of their competators just to change a hot water heater. I was so thrilled to receive his quote and it was only enhanced by his customer service.

We had two plumbing services provide a quote to repipe our house after discover-ing a leak in our slab. We chose J&J as their quote was much more competitive than the other service and we had pre- viously used them for another job and were happy. They showed up when scheduled, were pleasant to work with, and provided good, quality service. We would recommend them and would use them again.

I own a 60 year old home which I dearly love. It has 1 major flaw, old plumbing, In the past 25 years I have used a lot of plumbers. I have finally found a plumber that is effective,priced reasonably and dependable. the last time they were out, they had to come back because there was still a problem and they were back in a day, no charge with there usual positive attitude and fixed the problem plus did another little job all for no charge. I highly recommend them.

I am 96 yrs old & need to have my tub replaced. They came out gave me an estimate and the next morning they started working. Always showing up on time, with a smile and ALWAYS making sure I was okay. When job ended, they demoed and replaced my 2 bathrooms, replaced ALL of the pipes under house. They worked VERY, VERY hard and long hours. When I had questions, I always understood their answer & they did the best job ever. J & J Plumbing, I want to "THANK YOU" for the job "WELL DONE!"
I recommend that when anyone need work from an "Honest & Best" company, you are the company for the job!!!!!!!!!

J & J came out and gave us a fair estimate on a rather large job of replacing and repairing some old fixtures and plumbing in our condo, they gave us a breakdown of the cost and stuck to the estimate exactly. When we asked them to come adjust a few things after a few weeks they came out and did the minor adjustments free and quickly. While they were working on our condo they were fast, clean, and friendly. Great plumbers and great people!! Thanks J & J!!!

They did a great job taking care of my leak. Did minimal damage to my walls and ensure they did quality work. In the end they also helped clean up. (Which is always nice)

I called J&J on a (strong) recommendation after another local plumber insisted I needed thousands of dollars of work -- not only did J&J tell me I needed nothing done -- they didn't bill for the call and wouldn't take a tip either. I have NEVER seen such honesty and conscience for simply doing the "right thing." These folks are a pleasure to do business with -- tell EVERYONE you know there's an honest plumber in town!

We discovered a big backup problem on a Friday Evening and they answered the call. They were unable to fix the problem after snaking two areas because of the location of this very unique clog and the late hour.(we didn't disturb the neighbors) We were not charged that night because it couldn't be resolved till the next day. So they came out the next day and Jetted our pipes! It was a very fast and easy process. The problem Was solved and we are very happy! The brothers were Friendly, fast and efficient Will use again! Thanks!

The J&J team came out to replace my leaking water heater. When I called Chase, he walked me through the steps that I needed to do. He and his team were very efficient. They even took care of another problem when they were here. It is great to have plumbers who you can trust.
