Lakeside Auto Repair

I have taken all of my vehicles to this shop whenever I needed major repairs. The owner and head mechanic, Rod, is a very good person. He is a honest catholic family man. I have had many personal conversations with him, he has a good outlook on life. This transfers over into his quality as a mechanic. What I usually do first is I get an estimate from one of the big name guys like Certified Tire. Then I take it to Rod and he cuts it all by more then 60% and shows me how they are ripping me off by charging double labor and parts that do not need repairing. Flat out lying. His labor costs are unbeatable, his service is friendly and honest with a smile. I highly recommend him to anyone. He has experience fixing all makes of autos, foreign and domestic.

Rod is a great mechanic. He's always fair and honest. I won't take my car to any one else. He tells you right up front what needs to be done, the cost, and how long it will take. He really tries to keep the repair cost low. There are no hidden surprises.

I have been trusting my car repairs to Rod for several years and I always know that my car will be fixed in a timely manner, at a fair price. I always get a quote before work is started. I feel confident that the job will be done right.
