Tourist Destination? by Jonathan Y. at InsiderPages
I once got lost trying to find my new place in San Diego and found some shopping area in Southpark. I decided to scope it out. I went into this place expecting a country cute extravaganza of old lady stereotypes, instead I found a couple down to earth ladies and not one teddy bear holding a sign. I also found tons of soap that didn't have non-descriptive names like Mountain Fresh or some other ridiculous garbage. They named their stuff after what it smelled like! And what's even better is that they smell like actually has that stuff in it! Seeing as how I've always managed to associate with vegetarians, vegans, and other weird hippie DIYers, I thought that this might make some good presents for them because A) The stuff's au natural; B) I'm poor and the stuff's cheap and C) They put the stuff into decorated gift baskets which made me look like I am the most thoughtful guy on the planet. I like it when others make me look good, thanks Clarity! I just looked and they have a website, too! www.claritysoapandcandles.com. check 'em out, these ladies rule.
PROS: parking, cheap, smells good! CONS: Everyone gives me a list when I go there.
