Our Commitment to You:
We promise to listen to your concerns, to explain your pet's treatment options in a language you can understand, and to respect your time, your budget, and your love for your pet. Your pet will be cared for as an important member of your family.
Convenient Location:
We are located in the Clairemont Town Square Shopping Center at the intersections of Clairemont Mesa Blvd and Clairemont Dr. We are next door to TJ Maxx. You'll find plenty of parking, plus 2 handicapped parking spaces directly in front of our door.
Stellar Staff to Serve You and Your Pets:
We've been serving our community from this location since 1973. You may remember us as Clairemont Square Veterinary Clinic from years past. Although our name has changed, you'll still find many familiar faces inside. Dr. Hardy has owned and operated this practice since 1986. Dr. Beck (University City Veterinary Clinic 1970-1999) joined us in May of 1999, and many of the veterinary support staff have worked here for several years.
We are delighted to be your neighbor and will continue to care for your pets and support the Clairemont community in many ways.
Here a just few comments from our clients:
Thank you for all the years of patience with me and the great treatment you gave my pet. The staff you have now is the best.

Our AAHA Accreditation:
AAHA stands for the American Animal Hospital Association. Founded in 1933, this is the only organization that provides accreditation for veterinary practices throughout North America. Our hospital is continually evaluated on over 800 standards covering areas such as anesthesiology, surgery, laboratory, pain management, and pharmacy. By following the strict standards required by AAHA, you can rest assured that your pet will receive the very best in veterinary medicine. Only 14% of small animal hospitals in North America are accredited.
You, as the consumer, have the right ask questions about AAHA accreditation before you choose the hospitals to care for your pets.
Thank you for visiting. We hope that you will take a few moments to click through to our website. You'll find much more about us, our services, our hours, and fun things like photo albums and current contests on our website. Plus, you can access our free Pet Library sponsored by VIN (Veterinary Information Network). There is a lot of information out there on the world wide web, some great, some not-so-great. With VIN, you can be assured that the information is derived from within the veterinary community.
Please feel free to give us call, or swing by for a tour. We would be delighted to meet you.
