Spices is closed on weekdays between 3:00pm and 5:00pm. Spices Thai Cafe can get pretty busy during lunch hours; reservations are accepted, and highly recommended, for parties of 6 or more to guarantee a table at lunch time. Dinner reservations are available for parties as small as 2. Reservations are recommended on Friday and Saturday evenings. Spices Thai Cafe provides you with an excellent selection of Thai cuisine. All dishes are individually prepared with natural ingredients and exotic spices. For your health, vegetable oil is used for cooking and no MSG. Thai food is traditionally prepared quite spicy; however, Spices offers a 1-10 spiciness scale for your pleasure. For vegetarian dishes, customers may order any combination of tofu, mixed vegetables, and/or mock chicken. Although most dishes have been slightly altered to gradually present Western taste buds to the exotic flavors of Thailand, you can request dishes to be prepared the "true Thai way" if you feel you are familiar with Thai food.
