THEY LOOK OUT 4 YOU, NOT YOUR CORRUPT INSURANCE CO
Wow! What a roller coaster ride. I had a pipe break in my upstairs bathroom. I called my insurance company and they sent out their preferred vendor. The preferred vendor sent two unprofessional, uncertified thugs to our home. I asked for proof of insurance and licenses and they could not provide me with anything. I found out, through many inquires, that the Insurance industry likes to bring in their own company so they can control everything and get a kickback. They cut corners to save money. Just like when you have car accident and they want you to put on used parts instead of new genuine parts. What an eye opening experience this was.
The insurance industry is a publicly traded industry that is manipulated by stockholders. They will do anything to cut corners to save money. They spend millions on bonuses and advertising with professional sports but they never have enough money to pay your claim.
Instead, I called a local company, Quick-Dry. These clean cut, knowledgeable, certified employees showed up and looked out for my best interest and dried our home in 4 days. I asked for proof of workers compensation, certification and licensing and they provided it all to me immediately without question. They were professional and experienced. I did some research and found out they have been around alomost 20 years longer than most companies throught the United States. I recommend calling someone that looks out for you! I'll never forget my great experience with Quick-Dry!!

Unprofessional and they never back warranties
I bought their system and had a leak. The owner, Lisa, demanded a credit card number before she sent out a crew. I reported her actions to the BBB and the CSLB. She was very rude and unprofessional. Never got the leak fiz and had to call out another company. What a joke.
