From complex to understandable steps

My introduction to Susan was as an instructor for the workshop 'Internet Marketing 101' through SCORE. Susan has a wealth of knowledge and she can explain a very complex topic in easy to understand language. I highly recommend the class. I had the pleasure of meeting with her after class and her insights and clear, no-nonsense, simple approach to something (a business startup and web-site creation with shopping cart) that is no doubt even more complex than I was aware of at the time.
