Dangerously Incompetent

I have not had a good experience with Meagan. My dog and I went to see her about his fear aggression, and after our first conversation I was very impressed with her. After the first round of personal day training with Meagan, my dog was returned to me with both his dew claws completely ripped off. It was explained to me when I came to pick Dexter up by another trainer (Meagan didn't have the decency to tell me herself)that a wire muzzle had been put on Dexter and in effort to get it off, he had ripped his own dew claws off. Hiding behind a company name change and a contract absolving her of any liability, I have to this day not received a refund or reimbursal for the vet bills.
