Frustrated with the Dishonest Service............
We took our cavelier on May 1st and ended walking in LG waiting to get a call. I eventually called at 2:30 Jimmy said no news he would call. Not trusting him at that went back at 3pm. Mechanic explained problem to him while he was texting on the phone I watched minutes later he then told me.(i guess he had to finish his texting). That there was something wrong with the rebuilt that they would have to keep it and have rebuilt agian. Said it would be ready by May 8th. Jimmy never called we called again around 3pm. Jimmy says they have not recieved the new trans. and they have barley taken out the trans. Is now saying that there are other problems with car that are causing the problems and yet never bothered to call to let us know all last week. Did not even get a paper orginally of what they were going to do. Now don't what is being done and if it is going to fall under the warranty. Were a military and are spending what little we have to rent a vehicle while they have our car. Jimmy has lost respect for cumstomer and the value of their time. Do not go there, I'm filling a reprt w/Consumer Affairs w/the State Board, and the BBB. Will also look into media attention on the this issue. No one should have to deal with this
