Unlike his competitors, John didn't just give a window of arrival for his service, he gave an actual appointment time and then arrived early! He fixed the problem with our internet reception and then did a couple of other things just because he could. When a minor problem surfaced later he took care of it remotely and didn't even charge. That kind of service and integrity is hard to find in any industry, let alone in the mystifying field of technology.

In 2006, Chaun was able to do an extensive remodel of the former MBR/bath & extra bdrm, without plans or even any definitive idea of what we wanted. He turned the aforementioned areas into a guest suite with adjoining office. It was exactly what we wanted & it was beautiful. How he understood what we couldn't articulate I will never know.
