So Glad I Called Them!
We had an issue where our main computer wouldn't boot up. Afraid I would lose all of my valuable business data, I started looking for a computer tech. I have had bad experiences in the past, so I wasn't looking forward to it.
I saw reviews for Tech Pros, and decided to give them a try. Shahbaz arrived within 1 hour, and quickly got my computer running. He also offered some valuable suggestions on how to safely back up our data & save ourselves some worry in the future. He also fixed my HP printer, which had just stopped working, and the HP support told me it had an irreparable hardware issue.
Shahbaz got the job done on time, and under budget. He also saved us $300 on a new color laser printer, switched all of our programs to our newer computer, and got an external back up system in place. Highly recommended!

Horrible First Experience
I recently went to Dr. Braunstein's office with my husband as a new patient after moving to North County. Upon making the appointment, we were told to bring our completed paperwork to our initial consultation & cleaning.
Twice they called to try to reschedule our appointments, but we had restricted schedules due to our business.
After having trouble finding the office, I called for help and the person on the phone was extremely rude. She couldn't give me directions even though I was only 2 blocks away, and berated me for being late.
When I finally arrived, they had the appointment times mixed up, and we had to wait for the entire office staff and doctor to get back from lunch. Then they took my completed paperwork & made copies of my insurance card before sending me back. After my consultation, x-rays & cleaning, I finally returned to the front to check out. This was more than 3 hours after I arrived for my appointment.
At this time, they told my husband & myself that they are not a provider with any insurance company, and we would need to pay $600 right now to settle up.
This was the most unprofessional dental/medical office I have ever been treated at. It is simply unacceptable to book new patients without informing them that you don't process insurance, and are not in ANY insurance networks.

Happy Customer
My husband & I moved into a new house last month, and we called Andy to repair our pool lights/spa jets. Andy was able to get to us the next morning, and found the problem right away.
Turns out it was a simple job. He replaced a faulty outlet & reconnected a detached hose for us. He fixed it quickly, and for a very reasonable price.
Support a nice local small business owner, and call Andy for your electrical needs.
