PARAMOUNT SERVICE

I have never been satisfied when getting my cars detailed in the past. I ALWAYS find something that I wish they'd have done or done better. I usually do this myself but I am in the Military and in San Diego I am in a high rise so I don't have the ability to detail my car perfectly in front of my garage. I researched high & low until I read the reviews for 5 Diamond. Then after e-mailing 4 shops only 2 replied to my detailed e-mail. Ed & Amon first, and another place with "bring it in" and that was the entire e-mail. Ed took the time to address all of my concerns and put me at ease. Additionally he went out of his way to ensure my car was ready before I had company arriving it even though he didn't have anything available. THAT'S Customer Service! As for the job.... as picky as I am this car is SPOTLESS and looks better than it did inside BMW of San Diego. So if you are anything like me please save yourself the time and worry, THIS is the ONLY place you have to call for your detailing needs. It's no "fluke" that EVERY single review is top notch for this place. Well Done Ed & Amon.
