May be out of business
This company may be out of business. They never finished the job and like a fool I paid them before it was done because I trusted them. Their cell is disconnected, they don't answer their phone and their website is down.

Master house painter
Gary Baker is the top of his craft. I researched the top painters and best values in the Poway/Rancho Bernardo area and he came out on top. His crew not only did a great job, but he helped us correct architectural flaws in our house that we had not noticed when we bought it a year ago.

Watch out!
This is a bad, bad business. They had me pay a 50 percent deposit ($20,000) for some furniture that I ordered in April 2008. Since this was coming from an east coast manufacturer they said it could take from 8 to 12 weeks. I never received it and had to call them every month through December 2008 to try to get updates. When I threatened to cancel the order in December they said they would deduct a 30 percent restocking fee. They insisted the product was manufactured and just waiting to be shipped until I provided them a phone number of the factory making the furniture and insisted they call to get a real production date. When I did this they finally relented and gave me back my deposit, but I never got an apology and they basically got an interest free loan of my $20,000 for eight months.

Poor service
This is another bad furniture company. They promise furniture in a certain window and don't come through. I ordered a coffee table in April 2008 and did not get it until December 2008. This was initially promised to be delivered to me in June. Why was it six months late? They had dozens of reasons. Exasperating this problem was the frustration in trying to get them to call me. I had to always call them. I had the feeling that they had my deposit, so why should they spend time calling me? Finally, I found out this actually was made in China and that a container ship had not delivered product as promised. If they had been honest about this up front I would have never given them a down payment. Lesson here is don't give them a deposit because they will sit on your order for months, forcing you to spend endless hours on the phone trying to track your own order."
