I took my 1998 Explorer to Mike for a brake job based on the ratings and comments posted here. I could not be happier with the result. Mike was honest, fair with his price and did the work faster than expected. I will definitely be back and refer my friends. Let's keep guys like Mike in business......we need someone we can trust!

I have been taking my cars to Firestone's downtown location for 15 years. The primary reason is Vic, the manager. He is honest and I can always count on the "straight story". I took my car in recently and self-diagnosed the fact that I needed a front-end alignment because my car was pulling to the right. I thought he would just write it up and take it in. Instead, he said, let's take a look. He looked for a minute and said, "Here's your problem. You have a tiny nail in the tire, the pressure is low, and it's causing it to pull to the right. $16.00 and 30 minutes later, I was on my way. I will continue to reward service like that when it comes to my big purchases. It's tempting to save a couple of bucks on a set of tires, but, there is more to auto maintenance than the lowest price. I say let's keep the honest guy in business. We know we can count on him in the long run.
