Great customer service and expertise!

I called to inquire about servicing the security settings on my PC after a couple of virus infections. Shabaz walked me through the necessary steps to upgrade my computer's security, and suggested a couple of firewall providers. He was generous with his time, and patiently provided his expertise at no cost over the phone. I will consult TechPros when I require computer servicing in the future, and recommend them, also.

A really good plumber - really!

This is the first time I've used Kudzu as a reference tool, but I was looking for a plumber after getting ripped off (travel fees + hourly fee + being charged 3X the price for parts from Home Depot) from the last one I found through the Yellow Pages + having to wait 3-5 days for an appointment. I saw all of the rave reviews for J&J, and decided to give them a try - these guys know what they're doing, won't rip you off and show up when they say they will (I had an appointment scheduled the day after I called). My plumbing problem: replacing the hardware in a leaking toilet. Chase and Kerry came out twice - once to replace the hardware, and again to make an adjustment. They're very professional and completed the job at a reasonable price without any 'upsells' or (surprise) extra charges. This is a small, family run business that takes pride in the job that they do. I am extremely happy with the job that they did and will use them again.

A Downtown Sanctuary

This aptly named jewel box of a day spa is a real find. Located in downtown San Diego near the main library, you automatically decompress when entering the front door. The esthetician/owner, Heidi Olden, worked at the Four Seasons Aviara, and her extensive training shows in the care, consideration and professional quality she offers her clients. This is a real find, and anyone needing professional spa services with a personal touch should definitely seek Heidi out.
