Going Away on a Trip is Now No Problem

Carrie gives my wife and I peace of mind to go away on vacation and know that our dog will be well taken care of. After unpleasant experiences with others taking care of him (we came back to find our dog seriously ill, leash lost, etc.), Carrie took great care of our best friend. She is dependable, flexible, and most importantly an animal lover.

Horrible Customer Service

It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, but this was a no-brainer. I was told that my car would be done the day I brought it in. After they made the problem worse, they told me to bring it in later that week and they would fix it. They charged me, and for the next month, they kept coming up with excuses why they couldn't take me in. I had already paid, so I was low priority. Despite my complaints, they did nothing to rectify the situation. Horrible customer service.
