After getting bored of 24 Hour Fitness, the routines & sets of the machines, and running like a hamster on the treadmill, I wanted to do something different. I am in my mid-thirties & had no prior martial arts training so I came to Immortal Fitness with hesitation and a degree of doubt about what I was going to accomplish. After the first day, I knew this is how I was going to continue my fitness for the rest of my life. Sifu Desargo’s enthusiasm and passion for the martial arts is seen and felt in every class. His energy is contagious and motivating. Especially when he helps you discover your innate abilities, it inspires you to learn more. You will learn microscopic movements and postures that will make a difference in a fight, and change the way you function in everyday situations. This is serious kung fu training at its finest. Its academic as well as physically challenging. The notes you take and review truly improve your actual application and understanding of what you are doing.
