My 1996 Sebring had developed a mysterious rattle in the area of the air conditioner, so I took my car to Griffin Auto Service. We road tested the car & found that the rattle was behind the glove compartment. It took about one hour to road test, find the problem & fix it. Still, they told me they wouldn't charge me for that repair. Courtesy TV - Top Quality, Prompt Service & Value

The color on my Sanyo TV would intermittently turn green & then go back to normal. So I called various service venders & was told that it was probable the color tube & and I could either replace the set or pay a prohibitive price to fix it. However, I called Courtesy TV Service for on-site advice & support. Bob Browne, one of the support technicians, came out & took a look & gave me his opinion that it wasn't the picture tube & readjusted some wiring & settings that fixed the problem. He saved me a bundle of money. The price was reasonable, the service was prompt & Bob knew just what to do. XonicPC - 5 star Quality, Value & Timely Service.

My Dell desktop hard drives were on Raid zero instead of Raid one. So I called XonicPC for on-site advice & support. David, one of the support technicians, gave me a reasonable estimate with a fixed price regardless if the work went into overtime to complete. It did, but I was only required to pay the original set price. Several glitches occurred which required phone calls to Dell & Matrox support technicians. And even though my warranties were out of date, David was able to charm both technicians into giving the right bios & downloads to put my system in shape. Handyman Service - reasonable & courteous

I needed a patio enclosure installed & screened in. Traveling Toolbox was listed on Kudtzu with numerous compliments. So I called because the ad stated "Small Job Specialist." My call was returned promptly & an appointment was set up. The estimate was reasonable & the job was done the following Sunday in 4 hours. My computer crashed after installing Microsoft Service Pack 3. I attempted to go into safe mode & delete all downloads for that day. However, I got error messages when I booted up & lost the use of my internet browsers. So I called On-Site Techs & spoke to John Airy. He was knowledgeable & courteous. He came out, took my laptop with him & brought it back the next day. The computer works just fine now. In fact, it works better than before. I found John professional, competent, thorough & reasonable. Auto Repair - reasonable & courteous

My Chrysler Sebring was idling rough & my dashboard oil light would flicker when I stopped at intersections. So I took the car to Carl Burger Dodge in La Mesa at 8355 Hercules Sreet. The service advisor, Miguel Guadian, was knowledgeable & courteous. They shuttled me home and a day latter they picked me up & the car works just fine now. Four recall upgrades were found & installed at no charge. In addition, an electric wire was worn & replaces, a leaking oil sending unit was replaced & the front end was aligned rather than replacing the upper right ball joint as recommended by another auto repair station. I found the personel at Carl Burger Dodge professional, competent & thorough. My 1996 Sebring blew a timing chain and messed up my valves. I called AAA for a tow & the driver recommended Nexus Auto Repair at 5803 Mission Gorge Rd. The general manager "Sam" gave me a reasonable estimate. Sam was very courteous, completed the job and my car runs fine now.
