A problem

Adriana was a joy to talk to on the phone. Glen showed up exactly as promised. The windshield was installed perfectly. The price was great. ($211 as opposed to the $278 quoted by my insurance company's recommendation.) The problem: I had to readjust my rear view mirror. (JOKE!) If you need glass replaced, call these people. You won't go wrong.

A glowing review for a company I haven't used

I called them to help set up a print server to share a printer between two computers. Rather than just give me an appointment and come out and work on the problem, Kurt spent about 5 minutes on the phone explaining that I should return the print server and buy a network printer which would cost just slightly more than their service call. Talked himself right out of a job but provided a better solution. WOW!

Just Great Service

Doug, the owner and chief mechanic, just couldn't be easier to work with. We were selling our RV and he worked with us to get everything working and still keep the total cost in mind. He explained everything he was going to do and then did it. He also threw in a few things, like a complete wash at no cost, just because he felt it should be done. If I ever have an RV again, he will be the one to take care of it.

Would call again in a heartbeat

The ice maker in my refrigerator required 3 trips. Not Mike's fault. He tried to save me money by replacing only the least expensive part first. That didn't work and so a second call was needed to replace an additional part. Finally, by trying to save me money he had to make a third call (at no additional cost) to re-replace the first part. During all this he was courteous and kept in touch and did not add extra service charges. Would call him again for any appliance problem that I have.
