Rude & Condescending

Seems like many of us had similar, bad experiences with this guy. I called about a unit I saw on craigslist and he began to ask me a million questions without even allowing me to ask my questions on the unit and it's location. He asked how much I currently pay for rent and when I told him he said it was impossible (I moved into a great place for cheap rent, but my landlord's mortagage is adjusting to more what I can afford now). He said he would only show me his unit if I could move in today. He was very rude and condescending, and just grateful that I never rented from him...especially since he hung up the phone on me!

Liars!

I placed a holding deposit for a unit in Pacific Heights complex that would be coming available after 1 month. Though I knew the floorplan would not be the same, I was promised and repeatedly told the square footage was the same. When I actually went to see the unit I would be getting it was about 100 sq ft LESS than I was told and now I do not fit there. I was given my holding deposit back & credit check fee, but now I have no place to live! Immediataely after they posted the vacancy w/ the wrong sq footage AGAIN though I was told it would be looked into! Liars!!! Nice area, but never return phone calls; EVER!

Just ok

Went here on a date. The restaurant is amazing inside with hundreds of tequila bottles lining the walls and some hanging from the ceiling. The food was ok, quite expensive. If you are really in tequila, this would be a fun place to check out, although the dinner is just so-so.

Go to relax and see great results

I went in for a facial, and had such a great experience. Jen, the esthetician, took the time to find out what my problems areas were and what type of results I was looking for. It was so relaxing, and noticed great results. I can't wait to go back in 4 weeks.

Great CPA

I found Dave through kudzu. When I called, he spent a lot of time on the phone with me getting a good understanding of my tax situation, and he shared his thoughts on how he could help me. Dave was happy to review last year's tax return and gave me some ideas on how to save for the coming year. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his work- double checked everything was ok before e-filing. I am not sure how much other places charge, but the fees seem pretty reasonable, and I came out learning a lot more about taxes/itemizing that I hope will help this year.

Great Psych

Dr. Reiner and his staff are very friendly and listen to what you have to say. They are very knowledgable about new medications and other procedures that are up and coming. It has taken me sometime to find a dr that actually knew what they were doing. I am so happy I found Dr. Reiner!

Best Eye Doctor Around

I went to see Dr. Prince for the first time, and was so happy with the quality of service. Everyone was so friendly, and they have a great selection of modern frames at great prices. I was also happy that I was able to get an appointment right away, without having to wait weeks. I would DEFINETLY recommend her.

Great Restaurant w/ large Menu

This restaurant has a great menu. Everytime I go, I try something new, and it is always great. I really enjoy the custom burger menu. You can pick from a variety of buns, toppings, etc. The location is great too.

Great Customer Service

John is very personable, and will help you with all your financial planning needs. He is always available, and returns calls very quickly! It was so nice to have someone walk me through all the options I had available for my individual situation.

Friendly Dentist

I have been going to Dr. Kaneda for years. She and her staff are very friendly and make going to the dentist as painless as possible. I would definetly recommend her.
